I have mixed feelings about penis pumps. I have enough experience with different types of pumps to have a realistic idea of what works and what doesn't. The cylinder approach to pumps can work, depending on the size of the cylinder.
However, now the P3 Pump is available, which employs a new "form fitting" approach to penis pumps. And I like it! Having the ability to adjust the pump to my penis size makes the entire process more comfortable and convenient.
The P3 Pump brings out the best in my erections and feels good. I have visual evidence that the pump works, as my erections are longer, thicker, and firmer. More comfortable that older penis pumps, and safer too. Yeah, don't expect a miraculous transformation. Minor improvements are possible. I'd rather have minor improvements than none at all, and so I keep using the P3 Pump.

Not worth the hassle

I tried cock rings, didn't like them much, and decided to give this penis pump a chance. I don't see a tremendous change in my erections, only slight improvements. I'd rather use the pump that wear a cock ring though. Not a difficult device to use either, which is reassuring.

The P3 Pump works exactly how Vibereview described it. I only wish the enlargement effect lasted longer. Until someone develops a good enlargement tool I plan on using this pump. If this is your first pump, my suggestion is that you don't overdo it. More and more pressure in the pump is not necessarily a good thing. Go for comfortable pressure.
