I use this vibe with and without the sleeve. I did not pay a lot for this vibe, so my expectations were pretty low. It is slightly better than I thought it would be. It's not often that I use it on my own. My husband generally uses this toy on me during foreplay, sometimes during intercourse. I'd buy it again if it broke.
