Oh, the hype is out there. Several quick reads of all the We-Vibe reviews leads one to believe that it is, without a doubt, the next great sex toy for women and couples, similar to how women responded to rabbit vibrators. There are toys with a similar approach to simultaneous G-Spot and clitoral stimulation, so the idea and overall design - though different in size, shape, and texture - is similar to the G-Rock and Snugglepuss. I've enjoyed my sexual moments with both of those toys, but the We-Vibe is considerably more expensive, which means it should be significantly better than both the G-Rock and Snugglepuss.

One factor, from the start, that makes the We-Vibe special is its rechargeable function. Like the Gigi (my favorite), Iris, Liv, and Lily, the We-Vibe is designed with the latest technology to increase user convenience. Hey, I am all about simplifying my sex life. I am a busy, demanding woman, who wants to orgasm several times in the least amount of time possible. I save my long sessions of pleasure for interaction with my boyfriend, not for difficult-to-operate sex toys and vibrators. Since putting in new batteries and taking out the old ones can be such a boring task of experimentation ("which side goes where?!!"), it's a nice change of pace to play with a high quality rechargeable vibrator.

It was clear to me that the manufacturer put a lot of thought into the toy's design - from its texture, exterior appearance, and size to its multi-speed vibrations and rechargeable function. Two days after receiving my package, I began my review of this new, exciting sex toy. Sparks were flying, baby! Not bad sparks. Not like hammer-and-anvil sparks. I am talking about, or alluding to, those sexual sparks that come in strong body surges, finally ending in memorable orgasms.

I did not experience simultaneous clitoral and G-Spot orgasms the first few times I played with the We-Vibe. It took some time to figure out how to place both ends in an advantageous position and angle to create the desired results, namely: booming orgasms, at the same time, from both my clit and G-Spot. It is a user-friendly sex toy, so you should really take your time and experiment with it and find out what works best with your unique vaginal characteristics. All women respond slightly different to the same sex toy, so really take the time to try moving the clitoral vibrator end into position for direct stimulation while, also, adjusting the depth and positioning of the G-Spot vibrator inside of your vagina.

Most of the time, the We-Vibe can be used as a hands-free sex toy. However, sudden movements, like when one's legs and stomach shake during climax, can shift the toy's ends from prime stimulation points (internally and externally). If I know that I am going to experience an especially strong orgasm, I use my index finger to keep the toy in place. I can't stand losing any sort of intensity as I orgasm - and a little finger stability isn't such a bad thing or a hassle. Inserting it feels a little strange at first, but after turning on the vibrations, I melted under the pleasurable pleasure of vibrations on my clit and G-Spot. I generally like to warm up with clitoral massage before playing with any insertable sex toys (dildos, vibrators, etc.), and I'd recommend other women try clitoral stimulation before inserting the We-Vibe's dildo end.

All in all, I have to say that the We-Vibe is a wonderful adult toy for women. It could be slightly more powerful for external stimulation of my clit, but the vibrations are strong enough to bring about climax. I absolutely adore the internal stimulation it provides. The Gigi and Liv are better premium sex toys (less expensive, too), but then again, neither of those vibrators offer women dual stimulation. I might take the Decadent Indulgence and Sweet Magic before the We-Vibe, as well - but it would be a close call. Do I recommend it? I really like the We-Vibe because not only does it have 2 nice strong vibrating areas which take care of both the G-spot and the clitoris, but that pleasure-giving bundle of nerves that rests against the pubic bone is taken care of also. This is because the We-Vibe wraps from the clitoris, over the urethra, over the pubic bone, up into the vagina, and up to the G-spot. And every single inch of it vibrates. Yummy. The We-Vibe is as strong as the Silver Bullet, but not as strong as the Hitachi Magic Wand. I find it to be at least as quiet as the Silver Bullet, probably more so, and definitely more quiet than the Hitachi Magic Wand. Also, I consider it to be more convenient than either. I found that if I use a single drop of O'My Clitoral Stimulating Gel to make my clitoris more sensitive, then my experience with the We-Vibe is even more exciting. It comes in a very discreet carrying case that looks like a glasses case, and recharges when it is not being used. So no power cord, and the entire sex toy is just for sex, no dangling battery case to fool with. It is so quiet that I used it in the middle of a crowded restaurant, having dinner with a close friend, and she didn't even know. I enjoyed the meal immensely, I must say... I give We-Vibe 5 hearts out of 5.

It’s super discreet, doesn't look like a sex toy, and comes in an eyeglass case, pretty snazzy. It’s REALLY quiet, sounds subtle and sexy. You could use it and someone in the next room wouldn’t notice. The switch is tricky for me, really hidden, so it’s good that it came with a little instruction sheet. It’s very space age, very versatile, I LOVE that it's waterproof! Used it solo so far, can't wait to try it while having sex with a male partner!

I came close to giving this toy a perfect rating. As a toy for solo masturbation, I sure have a good time with it. The clit vibe portion of it brings me to climax and the G-spot portion, it just feels soothing, and gets me really wet. I tried to use it while having sex (it is marketed as being for that), but it felt too awkward inside of me while my husband's penis was inside too. Great masturbation sex toy, but could use some work if it is used only as a couples adult toy. Well worth the price of admission, I believe.
