When the Petite arrived I was immediately struck by its classy packaging design. I opted for the pink Petite, so I can't speak to the coral-colored one, but the quality is immediately obvious from the packaging.

The second "wow" moment for me was that the Petite comes with batteries. Personally, nothing makes my day more that when the batteries are included. Seriously ... it's an instant smile on my face and a good feeling that the manufacturer really cares. Besides that is the fact that they are donating 10% of the sales from each one of these to breast cancer research. What else could a sexy but charitable girl want?

The Petite's ergonomic curve is designed to follow your natural pubic curve. It fit my body like a glove and allowed my hand and arm to relax. I just needed to keep enough pressure on it to keep it in place - the weight of my hand was enough to do the trick. The motor is extremely quiet, in case you're one of those for whom discretion is necessary.

There are three vibration speeds and they are pretty much perfect. For example, on the strongest setting I quickly orgasmed, but then I was able to reduce the vibration speed slightly for a gradual buildup to a second "O". Since receiving the Petite, I've used it much more than I thought I would. It's just such an easy little vibe; I can take it out anytime I want, have a quick orgasm, and then go back to whatever I was doing. Beginners, as well as women more advanced in the ways of the vibrator, will like the Petite for the same reason: the Petite is perfectly simple.

Like so many others, I started off with a Pocket Rocket - or I should say - one of the cheap knockoffs of the Pocket Rocket. Still though, I have great memories of that little thing! Cheap knockoff that it was, my original "Pocket Rocket" vibe didn't last long, much to my dismay.

I wish I had known about the Jolie back then. The Jolie is well made, by one of the most reputable manufacturers in the business. There's only one setting, but it's plenty powerful, and since it only requires one battery you won't have to tear apart your TV remote. The only drawback is that it's pretty noisy, but honestly for a vibrator in this price range there's always going to be something. If you want to spend a bit more and get a similar vibrator that's quieter, I'd recommend the Mia.

I'm a huge fan of the Ideal and since I got it has been one of my most used vibrators. The Ideal, by itself, offers great possibilities for both clitoral stimulation and more "vanilla" shoulder and back massage. With the G-Plus attachment, penetration and G-spot stimulation becomes simple, allowing the powerful vibrations from the Ideal to stimulate you inside as well as out.

The G-Plus is similar to the Miracle Massager Attachment, but I found the G-plus more comfortable to use. It's much smoother and softer than the Miracle Massager Attachment, and with the kind of powerful vibrations this thing puts out, softer is definitely better.

While the Ideal is a great item on its own, the G-Plus is an inexpensive way to really get a full range of possibilities out of it. I'd even go so far as to say that the Ideal with the G-Plus is the only sex toy that most women and couples will need for a good long while.

Wow - I LOVE this toy! Like so many toy connoisseurs, I'm a huge Miracle Massager fan. Honestly, it's the only vibrator that's powerful enough to make me babble like a delirious baby ... until I tried the Ideal.

I was not optimistic about the Ideal. As anyone who knows anything knows, super-strong vibrations simply are not possible unless the massager plugs into the wall. Well, all I can say is that this long held "truism" turned out to be ... well ... not! The Ideal is every bit as powerful as the Hitachi and the Miracle Massager, and its ergonomic handle and light weight makes it really easy to hold.

I do have one small complaint though. This is a LOUD sex toy. You will have a hard time flying under the radar if any of the following are a factor: roommates, parents, kids, neighbors, or noise ordinances. Unless you live next to a construction site, it's going to be difficult being discreet with the Ideal. Not that it's stopping me - I'm a bit of a screamer anyway; I rationalize it by assuming my neighbors are all jealous. But if discretion's a factor for you, you might want to consider the near-silent Miracle Massager or Hitachi Magic Wand.

The Ideal rocked my world, quite simply. It's got all the power I've come to expect, but without the annoying cord. If they could only fix the noise problem (perhaps an Idealer?) this would be an absolutely first class sex toy.

My first thought on receiving the Liberte was why don't they make more toys with interesting colors like this? Seriously - color isn't really all that big of a deal to me, but it's definitely nice having a little variety. So I popped a couple of batteries in and put this sexy little vibe through its paces.

The first thing I noticed was that the button is not very intuitive. Yes, it's a single button, and therefore foolproof. My problem was that most single button vibrators start off on the slowest setting and then increase in speed with each button press. The Liberte starts off on its highest setting and then decreases with the next two presses, ending in a rhythmic pattern of vibrations.

Once I knew what to expect, this actually makes a lot of sense. I nearly always use vibrators on their highest setting, and being able to instantly get there with a single button push is nice. Also with most other vibes, once you're on the highest setting, hitting the button once more leads to ... OFF! This obviously won't happen with the Liberte.

The vibrations were nice and smooth, but not as strong as I like. Of course, that's just my personal preference - everyone's different. The Liberte is definitely recommended for someone looking for a simple, all purpose vibrator, and who prefers smooth and subtle vibrations to super strong ones.

Once of my first sex toys was Betty Dodson's Barbell, a kegel exerciser that, quite frankly, didn't work well for me. I found it to be too heavy and uncomfortable and I never really ended up using it. The Energie is a new and improved version, with an ergonomic design that begs to be held.

I was impressed by the high quality of the Energie. It's deceptively heavy, weighing in at over a pound. This is characteristic of kegel exercisers in general, but if you've never seen one before, this will probably surprise you. The feel of the Energie is completely solid, and it comes in a hard plastic box molded to the shape of the toy. The box makes an excellent and discreet hideaway for your Energie when it's not in use.

So ... down to business! There are simple but detailed instructions included with the Energie, and after a quick read-through, I laid down on my bed and gave the Energie a shot. My kegels are already pretty strong since I exercise them regularly by manual squeezing. I was easily able to do the recommended exercises, but was surprised at how much easier and more enjoyable kegel exercise was with the Energie as opposed to the old fashioned manual way.

I've been using the Energie for just over a week now and have already noticed a big difference. My vagina is so strong now that I can literally push my husband's penis out of me. We even have little wars, where he'll try and keep it in and I try to push it out. I usually win! The effect of strong kegels on sex is nothing short of amazing. By clamping down, you can control much of the action, and it adds a whole new dimension to sex. Instead of just doing variations on "in and out", sex now involves a rhythmic squeezing that's highly intense.

Although the Energie is not designed to be a dildo, I gave it a go anyway. Right off, I can tell you that it's much too heavy to use like a traditional dildo. However, when my man inserted it into me and then played with my clit, the solid heaviness of the Energie on my G-Spot was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had. There's something about the weight and shape that made my vagina completely contract around the Energie, and with the Energie being so solid, my contractions had nowhere to go but to radiate outward. This type of orgasm is incredibly intense and will take a lot out of you, but if you've never experienced it, you really should!

I've reviewed enough LELO vibrators that I usually have a pretty good idea what I'm getting when I try out a new one. As expected, the Mia is well made, and everything from the vibrator's elegant form to the artful packaging, is of the highest quality.

I pulled the cap off the Mia and was somewhat surprised to find a USB connector. I'm not sure how I feel about this. I don't have a computer in my bedroom, so charging the Mia involves hooking it up to the computer in my family room. On the other hand, I can see this being super-freaking-awesome on an airplane. Imagine - the battery is running low, no problem: plug that little sucker right into your laptop and charge it right up! Luckily this vibrator does not look like a typical sex toy, so it could probably be explained away as some kind of flash memory device if someone notices it hooked up to your computer.

Once I had the Mia fully charged, I lit some candles and relaxed on a pile of pillows. I turned the Mia up to its full intensity, but was somewhat dismayed to find out that it's simply not that powerful. I vibrated myself with the Mia for around 15 minutes and only ended up frustrated. I switched to my old standby, the Miracle Massager to get the job done.

I cannot understand why the vibrations were so weak when even smaller toys like the Silver Bullet have all the power a girl could want. Even though it didn't bring enough of a buzz for this reviewer, I think the Mia would be a wonderful first vibrator and the elegant packaging makes it a great choice as a sexy gift.

When I first heard about the Bo, I immediately called dibs on reviewing it. I've been looking for a quality vibrating love ring, but unfortunately most of the ones my boyfriend and I have tried end up feeling very cheap and flimsy. The first thing I noticed about the Bo is that the material is much more durable. I can tell you right now that I will never go back to cheap jelly rings again.

The high quality comes at a price though. The material is not as stretchy as other love rings we've used, and can really only be worn above the scrotum. If wearing a love ring under the scrotum is something that you absolutely require, I think you'll be out of luck with the Bo. There's simply not enough stretch in the material. That said, this is a trade off we were more than happy to make for the security of not having to worry about the ring breaking during sex. One other thing that's worth mentioning is that the Bo is not particularly easy to clean. There are too many ridges and nooks, and to do a really thorough job of cleaning it, this reviewer had to resort to a couple of cotton swabs and alcohol.

Vibrations are not super strong, but they are not weak either. The vibrations were not strong enough to travel up my man's shaft into me, but they were definitely strong enough to make my clitoris very happy. The best way to use the Bo is to go for a slow and deep style of penetration; almost a grind. This maximizes toy-to-clit stimulation and feels really romantic besides. Overall, the Bo is a welcome addition to our sex toy collection and I'd highly recommend it.

compromises: TPR instead of silicone, no rechargeable, weak motor

I'll tell you right upfront, I've really been digging these new toys from Evolved, and I've been dying to try one out. When I finally got my hands on the Opus, I couldn't want to see what all the fuss was about.

The Opus is an attempt to take some of the benefits of a more expensive sex toy and package it in a way that is more affordable. They kept all of the style and class that is exclusive to the high end toys, but used cheaper TPR material instead of silicone; normal batteries instead of rechargeable, and a weaker motor than most high end toys might have.

These drawbacks definitely will make a difference for some folks. There are a number of people who will only use silicone toys. There are others who will only buy toys with rechargeable batteries. Myself - I'm more about whatever's going to get me off.

The Opus works well in that department. The motor, while not as powerful as other vibes I've used, is still plenty strong and completely quiet. Used externally, the Opus brought me to climax rather quickly, but it wasn't the type of orgasm that leaves me babbling.

Used internally, I felt it to be mostly useless as the motor is in the very top of the toy. It did not come anywhere close to my g-spot, and it just felt weird. I've experienced this with other dildos that have vibrating tips, and I just don't understand why manufacturers would do this.

This is by no means a bad toy, and I'd definitely say that they're on the right track with this one. If they moved the motor a little lower or put a g-spot curve in the shaft it would be a real keeper.

This toy is pure class. I've never been able to understand why so many vibrators come in cheap cardboard or plastic boxes, complete with pictures of half-naked third-rate female models. There's just nothing unsexier to me.

The Interlude is obviously made for people like me, who want their toys to look sexy as well as feel sexy. The manufacturer really developed a complete package here. The Interlude comes in a sexy tin case, decorated with swirly designs. Inside the tin, the toy comes nestled in a bed of crushed velvet, a gem on a jeweler's pillow. Hell, the toy even has a classy name!

Needless to say, I was ready to get going immediately. I popped some batteries in, which by the way, was very simple. Figuring out how to get the batteries into toys can sometimes ruin your whole experience. The interlude has a removable battery pack that makes changing batteries a breeze. I turned the toy on and a whisper-quiet motor began buzzing.

I'll say right upfront: the vibrations are not really all that strong. In fact, I kept wishing for more on my clitoris, and when used internally, the vibrations were barely noticeable. The construction of the toy is superb though. It's a perfect size, and the ridges that run down the length of the shaft make insertion really easy. The ridges are small enough so that you (or your partner) can twist the Interlude without it hurting. In fact, I'd even go so far as to say that the sensation produced by twisting the toy was the Interlude's best feature!

If the Interlude had stronger vibrations, I think it would be a definite winner. As-is, it's a better than average vibe in an amazing package.
