Items with a manufacturer defect may be returned within 30 days.
When you receive your order, please check to make sure that each item is working. If you do find an item to be defective, let us know within 30 days and we will gladly send a replacement or issue you a store credit for the amount. Just contact us for instructions on how to return your item.
If you are not satisfied with your item, and the item is unused and sealed in it's original packaging, in most cases it may be returned for exchange or store credit within 15 days.
We will gladly refund any shipping charges in cases where either the item is defective or the return was caused by an error on our part.
